1. Drive efficiency of gearbox

There are many factors related to the transmission efficiency of the gearbox. For example, an AT gearbox that uses a torque converter, whether the torque converter has a locking function, whether the timing of locking is good, these can affect the drive efficiency. Because an excellent locking calibration is able to reduce the power loss caused by agitating the hydraulic oil in the torque converter; if an electronically controlled clutch is used instead of a torque converter, the co-operating speed of clutch parts, such as balanced connectors, shift block, gearbox shift forks is the key. The faster of the speed, the less idle time of the engine, thus the less fuel waste.

2. The timing of gearbox shift

For the timing of gearbox shift, it refers to shifting under what rotating speed, how fast of the driving speed, or in which level stepping on the accelerator and so on. These are considered together with the characteristics of the engine output, that is, how much horsepower consumed when in different rotating turn and acceleration speed. Which is part of the so-called engine and gearbox match, and the effect of fuel consumption and power balance is immediate.
