Some companies that supply auto parts even not have a sound website, so they could be hardly found out. Some companies with websites have no responses even sending an e-mail to them. Some companies offer entirely different attitudes depending on whether the customer is decide to order now or later then in telephone counseling service. We are surprised at the weaker sense of service and market of some state-owned enterprises that compared to some private enterprises. China's companies should strengthen the sense of service and market.
