Planetary gear mechanism

The planetary gear mechanism is used to change gear ratio, by changing the mutual relationship between the movement of the sun wheel, planet wheels and ring gear to achieve the switching among different transmission gear ratio, thereby selecting the suitable gear in travel at different driving speeds and road conditions.

Hydraulic control system

Hydraulic control system and electronic control system are the key to co-ordinate the shift process, the electronic control system just like the human brain, after receiving information from the engine and wheel speed, to calculate and release the shifting instruction, while the hydraulic control system like human nervous, to transmitted instruction from brain to the corresponding part and make it changed. The change of planetary gear mechanism as well as the control to internal clutch in shifting are most typical.
