Self-locking device

In order to prevent automatic hanging and automatic dislocation that caused by automatic axial movement, and ensure the transmission gears (joint ring gear ) in full teeth long engagement, it is necessary to set the self-locking device in the transmission control mechanism so as to be able to make axial positioning for the automotive shift fork of each gear.

Interlocking device

It prevents the two shift forks moving in the same time, the normal process is that, when one shift fork axially moves, the other shift fork is locked so to make two shift forks separately insert into two shift blocks.

Interlock device has many structural forms, the most commonly used are lock ball, lock plug and jaw types.

Reverse lock device

It plays the role to remind the driver not mistaking shifting into reverse gear, so to improve driving security. That is, when shifting into the reverse gear, the driver must handle in a different way from forward gears, or exerting a greater force on the shift lever to enter the reverse gear.
