After the manipulator withdraws, the processing starts in the left and right directions. After the processing is completed, the manipulator grasps the tool body, the tool handle is withdrawn, and the manipulator grasps the tool body and withdraws. artifact. But whether it is a special machine or a non-standard tool, the processing cost is relatively high.

　　If a reverse scraper is used, qualified parts can be machined efficiently and easily, which is very economical. The specific processing sequence is:

　　1. The spindle rotates forward, with low speed and low feed, so that the tool bar can pass through the machined hole and reach a safe position.

　　2. The spindle is reversed, the rotation speed is low, and the tool holder is opened.

　　3. Increase the speed and open the cutting fluid.

　　4. Normal feed, reverse scraping plane (spherical).

　　5. Return to the safe position, reduce the speed, and turn off the cutting fluid.

　　6. The spindle rotates forward, the speed is low, and the tool holder is closed.

　　7. With low feed, lift the cutter bar.
