1.Oil leak

The gearbox differential case or the bottom of oil case is oil leak. Check the seal components, commonly the aging components have the poor sealing that cause oil leak. Another reason is likely to the poor quality of gearbox differential case, the flaws cause oil leak.

2.The engine turns off

The engine flameout when putting the shift lever into the D or R gear, this failure caused may because the locking solenoid valve is damaged or locking control valve is stuck.

3.Gear is locked

If the gear is locked, that’s because the input and output signals of the automobile gearbox are incorrect, or the components themselves or lines are bad. Sometimes, it may be caused by the problems on the communication of gearbox system and other systems.

4.No response after shifting gears

Putting the shift lever into the gear D or gear R, the vehicle does not move after releasing the brakes. This case mostly because the input shaft or reverse clutch is broken, or the D / R brake damages.

5.D/R gear impact, driving shock

The vehicle shift shock in the driving is also a common automatic gearbox failure phenomenon, which may because the transmission oil is too dirty, resulting in valve stuck.

6.Gearbox slip, weak accelerate

There was engine idling sound across the accelerating process, but the car was lack of power support and did not improve the speed, this could be caused by a burning clutch plate.

7.Gearbox has water in

The water dropped into the gearbox, which might cause the gearbox to work abnormally. This case might be oil dropping into the water tank, or the water entering through the transmission ventilation cap.

8. Abnormal sound

If the gearbox made abnormal sound in car driving, this is possible to be caused by the wear parts, or due to the improper installation of the automotive shift system parts.
